When are club fees due?

Club fees are due prior to playing or at least have a payment plan arranged (see below).

What support is available for paying club fees?

We understand that some players may need support to meet the upfront fee, especially new players that must also invest in uniforms and equipment. Our goal is to get players onto the field, and we are committed to making this happen.

  • Payment Plans: If paying your fees in one hit is an issue for you, please contact us at latrobebaseball+treas@gmail.com to discuss a payment plan.
  • La Trobe Sport Hardship Grant: La Trobe University offers students facing financial hardship the opportunity to apply for a grant of up to $150. Learn more about the hardship grants.

Step 5

Communications

Stay connected with the club and teams throughout the season.

Our main methods of communication to players is via our Facebook Group, email, TeamApp and team-specific group chats. So please turn on notifications and keep an eye on your inbox.

Step 6

Team Selection & Fixtures

Round 1 Team Selections

Team selections for Round 1 will be announced after training on the Thursday before the season starts. If you’re available, you’ll be placed in a team!

After the announcement, you’ll have the chance to meet your team manager and teammates to discuss logistics, expectations, and any questions you may have.

Weekly Team Announcements

Throughout the season, the seniors’ and women’s teams will be announced each week via TeamApp. Players may move between teams during the season based on team needs and individual development.

If you have any questions about your team selection or skill development, speak with your team manager for guidance on reaching your goals.

Game Day Responsibilities

It’s your responsibility to know when and where you’re playing. Game details, including time and location, will be listed in the weekly team selections. You can also find fixtures and club addresses on the MWBL website.

You're all set to go!

See you at the club soon!
